Gene­ral terms and con­di­tions of lod­ging ser­vices regar­ding reser­va­tions and cancel­la­tions since 1st of March 2018

Applying the terms and con­di­tions

The­se terms apply to lod­ging reser­va­tions made to a com­pa­ny offe­ring lod­ging ser­vices by an indi­vi­dual. The terms do not apply when indi­vi­duals make reser­va­tions for groups num­be­ring more than 9 people.

Room reser­va­tions (that have been made eit­her direct­ly or through onli­ne boo­king)

The hotel room will be at your dis­po­sal from 15.00 o’clock onwards on the day of your arri­val. We will hold the room for you till 18.00 o’clock. On the day of your check-out the room must be vaca­ted by 12.00 o’clock.

Arri­val by 18.00 o’clock

On the day of your arri­val we will hold the room for you till 18.00 o’clock. The hotel reser­ves the right to relea­se the room back for sale, if the cus­to­mer hasn’t arri­ved or con­fir­med their arri­val.

Arri­val after 18.00 o’clock / reser­va­tion depo­sit

If you plan to arri­ve later than 18.00 o’clock, you must pay for the room in advance or pay a reser­va­tion depo­sit with your cre­dit card when boo­king the room. In this case the hotel will hold the room for your even after 18.00 o’clock.

Cancel­ling the reser­va­tion with no cost on the day befo­re

If the reser­va­tion hasn’t been cancel­led on they befo­re till 18.00 o’clock and the cus­to­mer doesn’t arri­ve, the hotel has the right to char­ge the cus­to­mer the price of the room for one night assu­ming the room can’t be ren­ted to someo­ne else. If the cus­to­mer who has made a reser­va­tion depo­sit doesn’t cancel the reser­va­tion or arri­ve, the hotel has the right to char­ge the cus­to­mer the price of the room for one night (inclu­ding tax) as com­pen­sa­tion.

Reser­va­tions for mul­tiple nights

Reser­va­tion for a mul­tiple-night stay at the hotel can be cancel­led with no cost 15 days befo­re the star­ting date of the reser­va­tion. If the cancel­la­tion is made after this, the hotel will char­ge 50 % of the cost of the reser­va­tion from the nights the room can’t be ren­ted to someo­ne else. If you cancel a reser­va­tion for a mul­tiple-night stay less than 2 days befo­re the star­ting date of your reser­va­tion, the hotel will char­ge the full cost of your reser­va­tion, assu­ming the room can’t ren­ted to someo­ne else.

Vaca­ting the room by 12.00 o’clock

Your room must be vaca­ted by 12.00 o’clock unless you have arran­ged a later time with the hotel. If the room is vaca­ted after this, the hotel has the right to char­ge a cost of a one-night stay at the hotel.

Depar­ting befo­re the agreed time

If the cus­to­mer checks out befo­re the agreed date of depar­tu­re, they must inform the hotel one the day befo­re by 18 o’clock. Otherwi­se the hotel can char­ge the cus­to­mer the cost a one-night stay. In the case of a mul­tiple-night stay, the cus­to­mer must pay the agreed price from the dates they didn’t use, unless the room can be ren­ted to someo­ne else.

Pay­ment met­hods

At the latest the pay­ment must be made with cash or a cre­dit card when chec­king in at the hotel.

Pay­ment can be made with a bill only if you have a bil­ling cont­ract with the hotel.

Reser­va­tion depo­sit is char­ged for special and group holi­days with over 9 people and it must be paid in advance by the due date, which makes the reser­va­tion bin­ding. If the reser­va­tion depo­sit is not made, we will regard the reser­va­tion as cancel­led. The reser­va­tion depo­sit must be made 2 months befo­re the star­ting date of the reser­va­tion at the latest. For reser­va­tions made less than 2 months befo­re the star­ting date of the reser­va­tion the reser­va­tion depo­sit must be made imme­dia­te­ly. The full pay­ment must be paid in cash or with a cre­dit card when the cus­to­mer checks in at the hotel.

Other cancel­la­tions

Reser­va­tions for treat­ment must be cancel­led 7 days in advance (at the latest). If the cancel­la­tion is made 6 to 2 days in advance, we will char­ge 50 % of the cost of your reser­va­tion. If the cancel­la­tion is made less than 2 days in advance, we will char­ge the full cost of the reser­va­tion.

Reser­va­tions for the res­tau­rant or other hotel spaces must be cancel­led 7 days in advance (at the latest). If the cancel­la­tion is made 6 to 2 days in advance, we will char­ge all the imme­dia­te costs incur­red. If the cancel­la­tion is made less than 2 days in advance, we will char­ge the full cost of the reser­va­tion.

We welco­me your pets too. Inform the hotel of your pets when reser­ving your room. The pet char­ge is 20 € per room/stay.
