General terms and conditions of lodging services regarding reservations and cancellations since 1st of March 2018
Applying the terms and conditions
These terms apply to lodging reservations made to a company offering lodging services by an individual. The terms do not apply when individuals make reservations for groups numbering more than 9 people.
Room reservations (that have been made either directly or through online booking)
The hotel room will be at your disposal from 15.00 o’clock onwards on the day of your arrival. We will hold the room for you till 18.00 o’clock. On the day of your check-out the room must be vacated by 12.00 o’clock.
Arrival by 18.00 o’clock
On the day of your arrival we will hold the room for you till 18.00 o’clock. The hotel reserves the right to release the room back for sale, if the customer hasn’t arrived or confirmed their arrival.
Arrival after 18.00 o’clock / reservation deposit
If you plan to arrive later than 18.00 o’clock, you must pay for the room in advance or pay a reservation deposit with your credit card when booking the room. In this case the hotel will hold the room for your even after 18.00 o’clock.
Cancelling the reservation with no cost on the day before
If the reservation hasn’t been cancelled on they before till 18.00 o’clock and the customer doesn’t arrive, the hotel has the right to charge the customer the price of the room for one night assuming the room can’t be rented to someone else. If the customer who has made a reservation deposit doesn’t cancel the reservation or arrive, the hotel has the right to charge the customer the price of the room for one night (including tax) as compensation.

Reservations for multiple nights
Reservation for a multiple-night stay at the hotel can be cancelled with no cost 15 days before the starting date of the reservation. If the cancellation is made after this, the hotel will charge 50 % of the cost of the reservation from the nights the room can’t be rented to someone else. If you cancel a reservation for a multiple-night stay less than 2 days before the starting date of your reservation, the hotel will charge the full cost of your reservation, assuming the room can’t rented to someone else.
Vacating the room by 12.00 o’clock
Your room must be vacated by 12.00 o’clock unless you have arranged a later time with the hotel. If the room is vacated after this, the hotel has the right to charge a cost of a one-night stay at the hotel.
Departing before the agreed time
If the customer checks out before the agreed date of departure, they must inform the hotel one the day before by 18 o’clock. Otherwise the hotel can charge the customer the cost a one-night stay. In the case of a multiple-night stay, the customer must pay the agreed price from the dates they didn’t use, unless the room can be rented to someone else.
At the latest the payment must be made with cash or a credit card when checking in at the hotel.
Payment can be made with a bill only if you have a billing contract with the hotel.
Reservation deposit is charged for special and group holidays with over 9 people and it must be paid in advance by the due date, which makes the reservation binding. If the reservation deposit is not made, we will regard the reservation as cancelled. The reservation deposit must be made 2 months before the starting date of the reservation at the latest. For reservations made less than 2 months before the starting date of the reservation the reservation deposit must be made immediately. The full payment must be paid in cash or with a credit card when the customer checks in at the hotel.
Reservations for treatment must be cancelled 7 days in advance (at the latest). If the cancellation is made 6 to 2 days in advance, we will charge 50 % of the cost of your reservation. If the cancellation is made less than 2 days in advance, we will charge the full cost of the reservation.
Reservations for the restaurant or other hotel spaces must be cancelled 7 days in advance (at the latest). If the cancellation is made 6 to 2 days in advance, we will charge all the immediate costs incurred. If the cancellation is made less than 2 days in advance, we will charge the full cost of the reservation.
We welcome your pets too. Inform the hotel of your pets when reserving your room. The pet charge is 20 € per room/stay.
